Nice work Jake! Im looking forward to hearing more about this idea of natural versus setup mentoring relationships. Also glad to see the article that looks critically at mentorings effectiveness. I tend to fall first into the "of course mentoring is helpful" group and Im sure many other do as well. Reminding ourselves to look at the topic critically is absolutely important.
